The app requests or stores information for the purposes below. Your organization decides what business records to enter and who on its team may access them.
Account and access
You sign in with your email address: we mail you a six-digit code, and the code is the credential. Platform administrators can sign in with Google instead. Either way we use your email address, and your name and profile photo when Google supplies them, to identify your account and apply your organization role.
Organization records
Company, staff, finance, bank, task and document data you or your organization enter is used to provide the related management features and is available to authorized members of that organization.
Optional connections
When you connect Google, a bank or a payment service, the app uses the permissions and data needed for the feature you selected. Google permissions are shown on its consent screen; you can choose which Workspace services to connect.
Google Workspace access is requested per service through Google’s consent screen. If the AI assistant is enabled, your prompt and relevant workspace context are sent to Google Gemini to produce the response. See the Privacy Policy for more information about storage, providers and your choices.
